I am using www.Lulu.com as my publisher.  It is an on-line publisher that will print on demand.  The cost pretty much the same whether you by one set of books or more.  Shipping cost does not seem to change much either.  It cost about $10 to ship a set of four volumes.  So in short, you can order any amount at any time.  Usually you receive your order within one week or two.
